New Partner Update: Pratham USA

One of the issues we take seriously here at Mom Bloggers for Social Good is literacy and education. The more children have access to education and books, the better for our future world! That’s why we are proud to partner with Pratham USA.

From our new partner, Pratham USA:

Though 96.5% of children in India attend school, almost half of the child population (100 million children) cannot read. Without an education, these children are vulnerable to drop out of school, continue in a cycle of poverty, and become victims to child labor or child marriage. Pratham USA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and the fundraising arm of the largest education-based NGO in India, aims to not only place every child in school, but to make sure that they are learning well. Pratham works with communities, parents, and governments to provide educational programs, create educational standards, and advocate for educational reform.
