500 Members Strong #socialgoodmoms

,

Today we are officially 500 members strong! At a little under two weeks old, that is a lot of mom bloggers spreading the word about the great work our partners do. It is through increased membership that we will be able to best help our partners through blogging, social media and insight trips.

I am thrilled to reach this milestone and can’t wait to reach even greater ones. Thank you for joining us and helping us help others!

If you are a mom blogger please join us! And if you’re already a member please spread the word!

  1. Congratulations! Becoming a mom definitely pushed me to tie in my love for social enterprise with social good. Thrilled to find so many like-minded folks!

  2. Today’s Inspiration

DON’T BELIEVE IN MIRACLES, DEPEND ON THEM

You don’t need an explanation for everything.

Recognize that there are such things as miracles, events for which there are no explanations. Later, knowledge may explain those events away.

The fact that you plant a seed and it becomes a flower, share a bit of knowledge and it becomes another’s, smile at someone and receive a smile in return are common miracles.

Your duty to yourself is to believe that for which you have sufficient evidence, and to suspend your judgement when you have not.

Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. Some things have to be believed to be seen.

Vision is the art of seeing invisible things.

  3. Excited to be on board and to start spreading the word!
