One Mother to Another Fundraiser

Children Inspire Design stands by their belief that pairing art plus giving can be a strong force for social change. Two years ago, Rebecca Peragine was given the opportunity to prove that by partnering with Gain Health to create a piece of art that tells a story of global compassion. All proceeds from that compassion map (in a 2 month period) were donated to their program, Future Fortifed. In the end, they raised enough money to provide much-needed nutrients to infants and children in Kenya- 8,000 children for an entire month.

“Since my work with Gain Health, I wanted to create a platform for social good by creating a community of like-minded people who use their influence for positive change, said Peragine. “So, I launched the One Mother to Another Initiative. OMTA’s goal  is to partner with social media/blogging experts, such as Mom Bloggers For Social Good, to become the catalysts for the initiative.

We’d like you to be an advocate for the cause, inviting your followers to help support our collective fundraising efforts by using your voices.

How it Works 

– One Mother to Another will run a 7 day event, beginning April 2 at www.ChildrenInspireDesign.com, where the print we selected will be available for sale in their shop.

– Social Good Moms promote the fundraiser across our social media platforms/blogs.

-At the end of the event, Children Inspire Design will donate 100% proceeds to our partner, SOS Children’s Villages.
